Uncle Vasya VPN provides a tool for secure VPN connection.

1. Developer Information

1.3. The Developer provides the Uncle Vasya VPN application “as is” and bears no responsibility for its operation, availability, or any consequences of its use.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. These Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) govern the relationship between the Developer and the user of the Uncle Vasya VPN application (the “User”).
2.2. By using Uncle Vasya VPN, the User confirms that they have read and fully accepted this Agreement.
2.3. The Developer reserves the right to modify this Agreement without prior notice. The updated version takes effect immediately upon publication in the app or on the website.

3. Data Collection and Processing

3.1. Uncle Vasya VPN does not collect personal data and does not keep activity logs. More detailed information is provided in the Privacy Policy.
3.2. Uncle Vasya VPN cannot guarantee the absolute security of transmitted data, as it does not control the User’s actions on the Internet.

4. Limitations and Liability

4.1. Uncle Vasya VPN is provided to the User “as is,” without any warranties of any kind from the Developer.
4.2. The Developer is not responsible for any losses incurred by the User in connection with the use or inability to use the Uncle Vasya VPN application.
4.3. The Developer is not responsible for any violations of national, international, or local laws by the User.
4.4. The User is fully responsible for their actions related to the use of the application, including violations of third-party rights.
4.5. The Developer is not responsible for the loss, theft, or loss of access to the application if it was not caused by the Developer.
4.6. The User agrees to use the application in accordance with applicable laws, ethical standards, and generally accepted rules of online conduct.
4.7. Uncle Vasya VPN is not responsible for the content of any information published by the User on the Internet while using the service.
4.8. The User agrees not to use Uncle Vasya VPN for:

• any illegal activities, including the distribution of viruses, malware, spam, phishing sites, or false information;
• attacks on network infrastructure, password cracking, port scanning, or other actions that compromise network security;
• fraudulent actions or attempts to obtain funds or data unlawfully, including violations of intellectual property rights;
• impersonation of another person or organization, or incitement to illegal acts toward third parties.

5. Limitation of Developer’s Liability

5.1. The Developer does not monitor user activity and bears no responsibility for actions performed by the User through the VPN connection.
5.2. The Developer only provides the technical means for VPN connectivity and is not a participant in data exchange between the User and third parties.
5.3. In the event of an official request from competent authorities, the Developer will cooperate in accordance with the laws of Georgia.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia.
6.2. Any disputes or disagreements shall be resolved through negotiation, and if an agreement cannot be reached, in the competent court at the Developer’s place of registration.
